Job overview:

As our Manager/Senior Manager - Analytics you will be responsible for leading analytical initiatives that drive strategic decision-making. This role is team management-focused while remaining hands-on as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, Python, and Tableau, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Gurgaon

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and drive data-driven strategies, providing actionable insights to business and product teams.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, finance, and engineering) to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and Python scripts to analyze large datasets efficiently.

• Design and build interactive Tableau dashboards for data visualization and performance tracking.

• Mentor and manage a team of analysts while independently handling high-impact projects.

• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and confidence.

• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across reports and dashboards.

Qualifications & skills required:

• 6-9 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau—ability to handle large datasets efficiently.

• Proven experience in managing or mentoring teams while contributing as an IC.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical mindset.

• Strong communication and storytelling skills—ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership teams.

• Experience in the gaming industry or consumer tech is a plus but not mandatory.
