Product Manager, Analytics Solutions

We will count on you to:

Work with Brokers, Advisors, Consultants, Placement Specialists and Analytics team members to build new analytics solutions and refine existing digital products. Handle the product development cycle from needs analysis to product launch. Analyze client and colleague needs to identify product requirements. Summarize and communicate needs to align all internal teams on product vision and roadmap. Perform competitive analysis to develop product requirements, including pricing and positioning of products. Coordinate activities across internal and external parties to develop new products. Work with Brokerage and Advisory teams to introduce new product offerings to the marketplace. Monitor product post-launch to evaluate ability to satisfy customer needs. Conduct a continuous improvement process to enhance and improve solutions. Establish utilization targets and monitor utilization rate. Identify and process utilization improvement initiatives to ensure solution value is delivered to both clients and colleagues.

What you need to have: 

Must have Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation. Four (4) years of experience must include: Analyzing Property, Casualty, Financial and/or Professional Liability losses on a combined crossline basis with stochastic risk simulation software; Utilizing S&P Capital IQ Office Plug-in software to compile public company financials databases; and Building insurance program efficiency evaluation dashboards in PowerPoint. One (1) year of experience must include: Building and iterating a Risk Appetite digital product prototype; Conducting user research and usability tests for digital products; Collaborating with software engineers in building a web solution in JavaScript; Maintaining Risk Tolerance algorithms in Python; Developing and maintaining Visual Basic Application scripts for Risk Analytics; and Navigating S&P Capital IQ API solutions to facilitate data architecture construction.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $124,176 to $148,500 per year.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
