In our Licensing Business Unit, we are committed to fostering innovative solutions and delivering exceptional service to our clients worldwide. We are currently looking for a highly motivated Licensing Data Analyst to join our team, based in Basel, Switzerland. This position will support the digitization projects and molecule forecasting of the licensing business unit.

Key responsibilities:

• Define data models and strategies to support analytics and reporting requirements.

• Analyze commercial and technical data collection and process to enable advanced analytics and business intelligence.

• Identify important business metrics and key indicators to support Licensing growth.

• Serve as the point of contact for data analytics-related issues and requirements within Licensing BU.

• Lead the design and development of data visualization and reporting solutions, providing intuitive and interactive dashboards for end-users.

Key requirements:

• Minimum three years work experience in analytical role; advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PPT, Sharepoint); additional Experience in SAP or Salesforce.com a plus.

• Independently proactive; discerns key factors in business models; collaborates effectively with diverse global partners.

• Experience applying dashboards and data visualization software (Tableau, Dataiku, or SQL) is preferred but not required.

• Bachelor or Master degree with a concentration in Business Administration or Engineering or equivalent experience.
