The F119 sustainment contract is a contract with the United States Air Force (USAF) that covers material, maintenance, tooling, tech data and engineering/technical support of the F119 engines that powers the F-22 Raptor. P&W is the inventory control point for the F119 engine. This individual is responsible for the management of the F119 Planning Bill of Material (PBOM) and demand forecasting. This position will support F119 Supply Chain Management cross-functional organizations to ensure an efficient and accurate demand forecast supports the F119 Hardware required for F-22/F119 operations. In addition, this individual will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and enhancing supply chain forecasting processes through detailed data analysis and performance metrics on inventory health.
What You Will Do
Lead F119 support for MCA forecast tool maintenance and management of PBOM inputs
Support cross functional team with model enhancements and troubleshooting
Perform data analytics and reporting on forecast results and change drivers, which includes presenting to the leadership team impacts to the program
Lead program initiatives to maintain inventory health metrics
Support quarterly Deep look (plan for every part) reviews for all sections of the engine that includes trend data for fallout rates, module induction demand, safety stock health, etc.
Lead process improvement CORE initiatives to support continuous improvement across forecasting functions
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics, or Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
8 years in Aerospace/Automotive/Industrial Power industries or 5 years with an advance degree in Aerospace/Automotive/Industrial Power industries
Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with supply chain demand forecasting tools such as MCA, SPM, or other industry forecasting tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations. Experience in developing and working with metrics, KPIs, performance dashboards, Project Management.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a cross-functional organization at all levels including the senior leadership.
Experience with SAP, ODM or Hawkeye, PowerBI or QLIK, & Oracle SQL

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
