THE JOB

 We are looking for an enthusiastic Strategy & Analytics Intern to join our team and help build innovative AI models that will be used globally within our organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects in Artificial Intelligence while gaining valuable experience in model development and data analytics. As an intern, you will be involved in key AI initiatives that impact our business operations, allowing you to work with advanced technologies and gain exposure to industry-leading practices.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Strategy & Analytics Intern, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of AI models and algorithms.
  • Develop high-performance, reliable, testable and maintainable code.
  • Analyze, clean, and preprocess datasets to support model training, validation, and testing.
  • Analyze massive data sets using statistical techniques to generate insights and make predictions.
  • Create reports and dashboards to effectively visualize model results and performance metrics for stakeholders.
  • Work closely with our analysts to integrate AI models into business operations and workflows.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

Currently enrolled in an accredited University (bachelor’s or master’s degree) for Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, graduating between December 2025– May 2026.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following technical skills and competencies:

  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Python, especially for data manipulation and machine learning tasks.
  • Ability to apply statistical/machine learning techniques such as hypothesis testing, time series forecasting, linear and logistic regression, random forests, etc.
  • Having a strong foundational knowledge with building and transforming ETLs within Databricks and/or similar tools.
  • Ability to work with databases, run queries, and manipulate data using SQL with PySpark or similar environments.
  • Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, DOMO, Tableau, or equivalent tools to help visualize model results and key metrics is preferred.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.

The expected compensation for this position is:

$16.50 USD - $18.00 USD Hourly

** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
