Business Operations Data & AI Specialist

The role requires someone who works independently with strong collaboration skills and financial background, can do attitude, innovative spirit, dynamism are key components for this role. The role requires excellent communication and organization, confidence, and poise are essential for interactions with senior leadership. The primary goal is to achieve program/project goals through effective project management activities. Demonstrating creativity and flexibility in developing and executing project plans, estimates, and requirements from implementation to deployment is crucial. 

Roles and Responsibilities:    

Primary responsibilities include:  

• Project management for Business Ops programs, including reporting, presentations, and meeting coordination.
• Support sponsors/PMOs, consolidate and track information, and assist in process automation.
• Act as a primary point of contact for assigned projects and operations.
• Understand Accenture's business structure.
• Manage project communication, productivity, and reporting.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships and support strategic initiatives.
• Develop templates for management reporting and coordinate stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee dependencies, scheduling, and compliance.
• Analyze and solve complex problems and work with peers.
• Work independently, making decisions impacting your work and others.
• Manage tasks, templates, and presentations.
• Assist with logistics, collaboration tools, and project administration.
• Produce regular reports as scheduled.

The Technology Business Operations Specialist have a mix of skills: Data analysis, strong collaboration skills to achieve the strategy and the ability to handle dynamic priorities. 

Educational Qualification 

Must have:   

• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)

Good to have:   

• Project management/Financial education

Skills & Work Experience 

Must have:   

Experience and Expertise:

• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience.

Project Management Skills:

• Basic Project Management skills.
• Work planning and management.
• Time management and task prioritization.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Stakeholder management.

Problem Solving and Communication:

• Problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Strong communication skills, including with senior-level Executives and Managing Directors.
• Fluency in English.
• MS Office and PPT proficiency.

Autonomy, Adaptability, and Specialized Knowledge:

• Ability to work with autonomy and proactivity.
• Focus on details and self-driven.
• Quick to adapt, with the ability to accelerate learning for new projects.

Good to have: 

• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Basic knowledge of project financials.

Ability to identify automation opportunities.
