Supervisor Data Analysis personally develops or manages others to develop technical solutions to business problems and is comfortable working in a data-intensive environment. This position partners closely with business strategy leaders to identify opportunities to improve our servicing strategies. It utilizes both business insight and technical expertise to implement the optimal business solution.
Responsibilities
Define reporting needs and monitor report to understand trends, issues and opportunities.10%
Develop and coach resources on cross-functional teams.10%
Management of direct reports.15%
Partner with business strategy leaders to optimize servicing strategies.20%
Perform data analyses on process and produce reporting (e.g. pre-purchase valuation, collection processes, account movement / placements).25%
Take leadership role in the development of processes / systems to enhance and streamline department functions.20%
Education
Required: Bachelor's; Quantitative / analytical field
Preferred: Master's/Advanced; Quantitative / analytical field
Language
Required: English
Experience
Required: 2 - 3 years business experience in a related field. 1+ years experience using SAS or SQL. Proficiency with MS Office including Excel. 1-2 years leading teams.
Preferred: Financial Services experience. Advanced proficiency with MS Office including Excel. Lean Six Sigma experience. 2-3 years leading teams.
