The Manager, Data Analytics will focus on delivering the vision of the department through process, development and lifecycle. They will work directly with stakeholders and team members to define, design and deliver actionable insights while working with developers in an agile environment.

• Responsible for sourcing, data modeling, ETL, Data Visualization, Auditing, Data Validation and data mining
• Maintain ETL processes, ODS, EDW and data marts.
• Recommend appropriate technologies to support the implementation of the BI roadmap.
• Provide BI technical and architectural guidance to projects and teams, ensuring that new initiatives enable effective data reporting
• Provide technical knowledge and business support to the BI team
• Define and discern business problems that require analysis and develop a solution within company’s business intelligence platform
• Work on multiple deliverables in wide range of complexity
• Translate business requirements to technical documents
• Perform analysis, development and evaluation of ETL and reporting in a data warehouse environment which includes data design, metadata management and report creation
• Responsible for prototyping solutions and data validation
• All other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the data analytics solutions
• 3+ years of experience ETL
• Working knowledge of ETL optimization
• Experience with Informatica Cloud and/or Mulesoft desirable
• Expertise in TSQL
• Familiarity of Azure platform
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• Ability to facilitate meetings and delegate responsibilities
