What you'll do:
- Get excited when receiving a new dataset with millions of behavioral records
- Thrive on uncovering hidden insights, testing hypotheses, and drawing meaningful conclusions
- Simplify complex data into actionable customer segments, providing clear starting points for smart marketing campaigns
- Support colleagues with valuable insights, track campaign results, and refine segments by improving prediction models
- Design experimental frameworks for marketing teams and closely monitor their impact
Skills required:
- Analytical profile: excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Statistical expertise
- Strong business acumen
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Skills desired:
- Statistical expertise
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques.
- Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data augmentation.
- Familiarity with database management and querying (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

- Master Degree or equivalent in engineering, quantitative science, IT
- curious, open-minded, eager to learn and figure things out, and OK with being proven wrong
- Customer and results orientated
- European work permit required
