Data Scientist

Dignify focuses on everything that deals with artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, specifically in a marketing context. What you'll do:

• Get excited when receiving a new dataset with millions of behavioral records
• Thrive on uncovering hidden insights, testing hypotheses, and drawing meaningful conclusions
• Simplify complex data into actionable customer segments, providing clear starting points for smart marketing campaigns
• Support colleagues with valuable insights, track campaign results, and refine segments by improving prediction models
• Design experimental frameworks for marketing teams and closely monitor their impact

Skills required:

• Analytical profile: excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R

• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Skills desired:

• Statistical expertise
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
  
• Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques.
• Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data augmentation.
• Familiarity with database management and querying (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

• Master Degree or equivalent in engineering, quantitative science, IT
• curious, open-minded, eager to learn and figure things out, and OK with being proven wrong

• European work permit required
