We are looking for the next Data Scientist to join our growing team!
In this role, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment! Our customers span a wide range of industries, contributing extraordinary volumes of rich data to our datasets. Your mission will cover the entire lifecycle: from understanding the structure and relationships within the data, conducting exploratory data analysis, and feature engineering, to training machine learning models, deploying them to production, and monitoring their performance.

Responsibilities
- Build, train, and deploy models – Write code and develop infrastructure for automated feature engineering, model training, performance tracking, and inference monitoring, ensuring models are optimized and production-ready.
- Collaborate across teams – Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to develop and refine solutions that drive impact.
- Help onboard clients – Support clients in integrating models into their workflows and ensure they get the most out of the solutions.
- Mentor and support teammates – Guide data analysts and junior team members by sharing best practices, offering feedback, and helping them grow.
- Drive innovation – Explore new tools, brainstorm ideas, and contribute to improving data science workflows.
Requirements
- B.Sc. / M.Sc in Computer Science/Physics/Mathematics
- 3+ years of data science experience
- Excellent coding skills and strong knowledge of Python
- Experience with git, pandas, AWS/GCP, SQL, Bash, Scikit-Learn
- Ability to work independently on large projects and get things done
- Excellent hands-on experience, with the ability to identify and resolve problems independently and professionally
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Experience working with marketing data - big advantage
