We’re looking for a collaborative and business-oriented BI & Data Analyst Team Lead to guide a talented team of BI and Data Analysts. In this role, you will combine leadership and hands-on expertise, helping to design meaningful analytics solutions, develop Tableau dashboards, and ensure our data models and insights support decision-making across the company.

As a BI & Data Analyst Team Leader, you will:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of BI and Data Analysts in a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven insights.
- Stay hands-on with Tableau, ensuring high-quality dashboards that bring data to life.
- Guide the design of data models and business intelligence solutions to create a strong, scalable foundation for analytics.
- Partner with Data Engineers to optimize data pipelines and ensure efficient data workflows.
- Create a culture of learning, encouraging innovation and the use of best practices in data visualization and self-service analytics.
- Own and optimize the Tableau environment, ensuring security, performance, and usability.
- Lead analytics projects, ensuring high-quality execution that drives real business value.
Requirements
For that mission you'll need:
- Experience leading or mentoring others in a BI or analytics environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Tableau or other visualization tools—you enjoy designing dashboards that make data clear and actionable.
- Highly experienced working with SQL and data modeling to structure and analyze data effectively.
- Ability to connect data insights to business strategy, helping teams make better decisions.
- A collaborative, problem-solving mindset—you enjoy working with both technical and business teams.
- Comfortable working in agile environments where priorities can shift, and adaptability is key.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights in a compelling way.
- Familiarity with ETL tools, data engineering workflows, or cloud platforms (Snowflake, DBT, Rivery, SQL Server).
- Prior experience working in a global company.
- Tableau certifications (Desktop Specialist, Admin) - a plus.
