THE WORK:

• You'll execute ETL processes to assess client datasets and create visualizations for business stakeholders.
• You'll perform data analysis and compile technical reports and findings.
• You'll interpret trends, understand industry metrics, and implement leading practices.
• You'll lead departmental data process initiatives and support interdepartmental data efforts.
• You'll manage reporting and analytics projects independently, ensuring data automation tools function properly.
• You'll provide program and project data visualization support across workgroups.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, information systems, communications, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience with data management, ETL processes, and data visualization tools
• Ability to interpret trends and implement data-driven strategies
• Strong project management skills with experience leading analytics initiatives
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools and reporting automation
Experience supporting cross-functional teams with data-driven insights
