We’re looking for a Data Scientist to join our growing team in Stockholm. In this role, you will:

The position is a full-time permanent position with entry as soon as possible. We apply a six-month probationary period. We’re looking for a Data Scientist to join our growing team in Stockholm. In this role, you will:
- Take the lead in helping our clients understand and measure the true impact of their marketing investment using measurement methods such as Marketing mix modelling.
- You will collaborate closely with colleagues to transform technical output such as outputs from a model built using Python into clear, actionable insights. Your work will involve packaging and presenting these findings in an engaging and accessible way to inform and inspire C-level stakeholders at some of the largest companies in the Nordics.
- You will contribute to exciting and impactful projects, and be able to work on projects involving attribution modeling, experiments, and algorithm development, while also contributing to the development of automated reporting tools and other innovative data science initiatives.

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business administration or similar.
- A curious and business-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn about (or prior knowledge of) the marketing industry.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues and solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Experience from programming (we use Python as our main coding language)
- Experience applying analytical methods such as time series analysis, statistics, media mix modeling, or econometrics.
- You are fluent in both English and Swedish.
- You have a valid permit in Sweden.
- You have excellent skills in Excel and Powerpoint.
- Practical experience in a data science, analytics consultant, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Mix Modelling.
- Previous experience of Bayesian statistics.
- Experience with Cloud platforms, SQL, GIT, Power BI, or other relevant technologies.
