Seeking for a Data and Analytics Solutions department. The role will work with large healthcare datasets and will translate business requirements into specific data, modeling, or curated data designs for large complex RWD solutions.  Participation and contribution in global research initiatives is also expected in the areas of data usage and governance, information management, privacy and security, data analytics and visualization, and information modeling. This individual will be part of a team that builds and implements data & analytic solutions that serve as key RWD data sources for our customers.  A key for success in this role is a unique blend of technical skills, clinical knowledge and working with and influencing multiple cross functional teams within IT and business on the right solutions. Roles & Responsibilities Technical Contributions
  • Analyze and process large healthcare datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Apply statistical methods, machine learning techniques, and AI tools to solve complex problems.
  • Develop data models, dashboards, and reports to meet project goals.
Collaboration 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including project managers, IT, and business leaders, to translate business requirements into data solutions.
  • Contribute to data quality and governance initiatives by implementing methods to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Support senior team members in client engagements by preparing technical presentations and deliverables.
Operational Excellence 
  • Maintain and enhance workflows for data analytics, including quality assurance and performance monitoring.
  • Participate in developing and refining best practices for data management and analytics processes.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
 Qualifications 
  • Master’s preferred or Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with coursework or experience in data science, analytics, or healthcare applications
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics or data science, preferably within healthcare, life sciences, or biotech.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
  • Familiarity with distributed databases (e.g., Snowflake, Vertica) and large-scale data processing.
  • Strong foundation in data quality, profiling, and governance practices.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem solving, influencing, communication, and presentation skills, self-starter.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Hands-on exposure to healthcare-specific data or RWD platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving priorities and deadlines.
