We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong focus on data analytics and business analysis to join our dynamic team. This role requires someone who can seamlessly bridge the gap between data-driven insights and business needs, ensuring the successful execution of projects related to data analytics and business intelligence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to manage, coordinate, and implement data-centric projects that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for data analytics projects, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate resources, manage risks, and ensure timely completion within budget.
Work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and define analytics solutions that address key business challenges.
Collaborate with business analysts and data teams to translate business needs into data-driven insights. Provide analytical support to help businesses make data-backed decisions.
Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for data analytics solutions. Ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
Create and deliver regular project status reports, presentations, and other communications to stakeholders. Clearly explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve obstacles that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
Guide the creation of dashboards, reports, and other data visualization tools that support business analysis and decision-making.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager in data analytics, business analysis, or related field.
Strong understanding of data analytics concepts, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and business intelligence.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams, including data analysts, business analysts, and developers.
Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong understanding of business operations, strategy, and KPIs to align data analytics solutions with business goals.
