Supply Chain Coordinator & Data Analyst (m/w/d)

We are currently looking for our customer in Gründau for a 
Supply Chain & Data Analyst (w/m/d)

• Reviewing and reporting key financial figures to management

• Participation in inventory forecast meetings and evaluation of future customer order volumes in consultation with Controlling and the Finance department

• Review and evaluation of Risk & Ops

• Analysing surplus and obsolete material stocks at the IGB/TCS sites in Europe (E&O review)

• Preparation of waiver declarations and reporting on available stocks

• Evaluation of existing series customer projects and participation in budget planning for the coming financial year

• Continuous process optimisation of the MPL Lear Logistic Radar Chart according to automotive standard

• Continuous process optimisation CSR ‘Corporate Social Responsibility’ before project nomination by customer

• Comparison of contractually agreed customer requirements with the actual customer requirements of ongoing series projects - Reporting of the evaluation to financial management

• Preparation of inventories W2W ‘Wall-to-Wall’ for the Gründau plant and preparation of inventory W2W cycle count reports

• Daily participation in various meetings in day-to-day business

Requirements

• Completed technical or business studies

• Several years of professional experience in SCM, experience in the automotive environment an advantage

• Experience in the optimisation of supply chain processes

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high affinity for numbers

• Advanced knowledge of project management in an international environment

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

• Structured, independent and responsible way of working

• Confident handling of IT systems and databases as well as the MS Office package

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
