Build data pipelines for the System and Performance team. Contribute to data ingestion through REST API using Python and Airflow. Build models for various types of modes of data ingestion using DBT. Leverage ETL capabilities of Informatica to capture business requirements and adjust the transformations and workflows. Perform platform migration for DBT models from Netezza to Snowflake. Develop new models in Snowflake. Work with the Marketing team to ingest survey responses from REDCap and provide data to curate campaign recipients. Provide support to the production pipelines and troubleshoot issues to keep the pipelines running and within the service level agreement (SLA). Use ArcGIS for geocoding patient locations.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Analytics or a related field and 3 years of experience, or alternatively a Master’s degree in same and 1 year of experience. Experience must include performing predictive modeling, data mining, and REST API development, as well as using Apache Hadoop (SQOOP, Pig, Hive), Natural Language Processing (NLP)/Toolkit (NLTK), ArcGIS, and the Python and R programming languages.
