Who is your future team?
The Digital Marketing & Performance team at Axis is a passionate digital marketing partner to the entire organization, supporting our strategic growth. We blend marketing insights, campaign analysis, and creative storytelling to enable more informed, strategic decisions. Your contributions will be essential to leveraging data in guiding our global marketing initiatives, ensuring they consistently support and advance our business goals.

What you’ll do as a Data Visualization Specialist
In this position, you’ll be at the heart of our effort to build a truly data-driven culture. Your ability to visualize performance metrics, KPIs, and market trends will enable leaders and teams to make informed decisions quickly. By presenting intuitive, interactive dashboards and clear insights, you’ll help shape smarter strategies, optimize resources, and ultimately drive better business results. Turn Data into Insights: Analyze campaign and asset performance using metrics like conversion rates, engagement, and ROI, then present these findings in clear, visually compelling dashboards.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing stakeholders, Business intelligence, finance, and other teams to understand business needs, identify process improvements, and regularly assess digital marketing performance. Your goal is to provide timely, actionable insights that everyone can understand and use. Develop a Data-Driven culture. Define, implement, and monitor a KPI/OKR framework to promote data-informed decision-making.

Who are we looking for?
We see that you have 3-5 years’ experience as a Data Visualization Specialist or Marketing Analyst, ideally in an international environment. You’re knowledgeable in tools like BigQuery, Looker Studio, Qlik, Supermetrics, and Excel, and you know how to transform raw data into meaningful visuals.

As a person you are curious, creative, and love solving problems. You see the bigger picture and understand how data underpins marketing strategies and business goals. You communicate insights clearly and enjoy working in a team-focused, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data analytics, marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices, marketing analytics concepts, and relevant tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Qlik, Tableau, Excel).
• Proven ability to translate complex marketing data into intuitive visualizations that support data-driven decision-making.

Bonus points for:

• A master’s degree in a relevant area (e.g., Data Visualization, Finance).
• B2B experience.
• Familiarity with reseller/partner models.
