Entity Content Gdynia Team is a group of 60 people who collaborate in order to deliver the best entity level content. We build legal entities profiles including such information as names, identifiers, ownership structures and industry classification codes. Working style: hybrid

We’re currently looking for colleagues to be promoted to Senior Market Analyst role. In this role you would be responsible to support our Clients in managing their queries and our Team of Analyst in quality and processes doubts. Also, you will be engaged in variety of activities seeking improvements in efficiency and quality and knowledge sharing.

Successful candidate will be responsible for:

Service Governance and developing content excellence:

• acting as knowledge expert in OA content and processes in bot BAU and TD
• answering client requests in Service Cloud
• driving improvements in the key service metrics: Data Corrected Cases (DCC); owning service improvement plan actions
• representing EMEA Organization Authority in the global and local workstreams e.g. Editors’ Forum, Technical or Training, Project Fusion (to be decided at the later stage)

Project Work/Business Cases:

• projects coordination (growing content offering and data cleanses)
• supporting the EMEA Management Team in planning, execution phase and risk identification
• reporting progress and supervising backlogs
• monitoring projects related metrics

Knowledge Transfer and Mentoring

• coaching and supporting Analysts in all OA processes
• providing with constructive feedback to drive performance improvements

• strong expertise in Organizational Authority content: both Org and TD part
• strong curiosity about Service Governance
• willingness to take ownership of actions related to service or quality improvement
• support projects delivery
• willingness to collaborate across locations and content sets
• shown track of training and supporting others
• ability to work well independently, as well as within a team environment
