Well Servicing Data Analyst

Overview

The Well Servicing Data Analyst III is responsible for supporting well servicing operations through data management, analysis, and reporting. This role involves working with Peloton WellView, PowerBI, and Microsoft Excel to audit, clean, and analyze well data while ensuring accuracy and consistency. The position is fully remote, with an initial three-day training in Plano, TX, and optional monthly travel if needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit WellView data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with WellView wellbore schematic cleanup for new projects.
• Provide backup support to Engineering Technicians as needed.
• Develop a basic understanding of downhole equipment to improve data analysis.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of PowerBI reports.
• Analyze well servicing data to identify trends and improve decision-making.
• Support data validation, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Participate in required Zoom meetings during normal business hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in well servicing, engineering tech, or data analysis.
• Strong familiarity with Peloton WellView and PowerBI.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, data cleaning, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of downhole equipment and well servicing operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to audit large datasets.
• Ability to travel to Plano, TX, once per month (if needed), with mileage and hotel covered.
