We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Sales Support Team and drive the next phase of growth and innovation for Foundever’s Multilingual Region. As a Data Analyst, your role will be to work across multiple systems to locate, organize, and correlate unstructured data, ensuring it is maintained and presented accurately. You will analyze metrics, pipeline dynamics, and trends to deliver actionable insights and strengthen our commercial proposals. By working closely with various stakeholders across the region, the analyst will bridge the gap between raw data and impactful narratives, empowering the Sales Support Team and the organization to make informed decisions. This role requires a self-starter who can navigate ambiguity, structure data effectively, and deliver actionable insights that empower the Sales Support Team and the organization at large.
As a Data Analyst, your daily responsibilities will include:
Strategy (non-exhaustive)
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple systems across 10 countries in the Multilingual Region.
- Ensure data consistency and correlation across various dimensions such as but not limited to headcount, languages, verticals, channels, and various other KPIs and benchmarks.
- Maintain a structured repository of accurate and up-to-date data for regular access and reporting.
- Compare and contrast data from different setups (e.g., B&M vs. WFH) to provide insights into strategy.
- Benchmark against industry standards and highlight areas of differentiation.
- Analyze pipeline trends and detect discrepancies (e.g., Salesforce data vs. ongoing opportunities).
- Perform Lost/Win analyses, deal duration assessments, and revenue impact evaluations.
- Provide forecasts and recalculations to reflect pipeline variations and trends accurately.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and narratives that support client proposals and internal strategies.
- Create visualizations and summaries that drive understanding and action among diverse stakeholders.
- Liaise with stakeholders across Sales, Solutions, Operations, and other support teams to collect and validate data.
- Partner with team members to provide tailored insights and analytics for specific projects or opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales and solutions team to ensure that the latest analytics methodologies, case studies, and thinking are being featured in new proposals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams (Reporting, CI, Operations, etc.) to uncover insights and trends.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the progress and performance of our analytics initiatives and their impact on the business.
To succeed in the role, you will need to have :
- Native or proficient level of English (C2) - mandatory
- Additional languages are valued
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel - mandatory
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage diverse datasets and ensure consistency.
- Ability to work proactively and independently across multiple systems to locate and understand data.
- Strong cross-collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel: pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, etc.- mandatory
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce for pipeline analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).
- Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint; SharePoint Lists, etc.)
- Knowledge of database query languages (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
- Exposure to ETL tools/processes is desirable (advanced Excel or scripts like Python or R to mimic ETL processes is a plus).
- Availability to work from our office in Porto; Hybrid model after 3 months (40% Work from Home / 60% onsite) - mandatory.
- Availability to work 40h weekly - Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a sales, operations, or BPO environment.
- Experience working with unstructured and multidimensional data sets across different systems
- Familiarity with pipeline dynamics and CRM systems (Salesforce experience highly valued).
