OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

The Senior Product Analyst will serve as a hands-on technical lead, responsible for designing, building, and implementing automation and AI solutions in HR processes. They will work closely with the Technical Product Owner and functional leaders to deliver impactful solutions leveraging RPA, third-party AI tools, and in-house AI development. This role is ideal for a technically skilled individual who thrives on problem-solving and innovation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Solution Development & Implementation

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions to automate repetitive HR tasks.
• Configure and integrate third-party AI tools (e.g., IBM Watson, Azure AI, etc.) to enhance HR operations.
• Build custom AI solutions (e.g., machine learning models, NLP tools) to address specific HR challenges.

Technical Expertise & Problem Solving

• Conduct detailed analysis of HR processes to identify opportunities for automation and AI integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in deployed solutions.
• Optimize existing automation and AI solutions for scalability, performance, and reliability.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with the Technical Product Owner, functional leaders, and external vendors to define technical requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Create and maintain documentation for all developed solutions, including workflows, data models, and technical specifications.
• Share best practices and insights to improve the team’s technical capabilities.

 Release Management

• Plan and coordinate the release of new solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a clear release schedule and communicate changes effectively.

Mentorship & Collaboration

• Guide Product Analysts in understanding technical solutions, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Provide training on automation and AI tools to enhance their technical capabilities.

Transition to BAU Team

• Develop comprehensive transition plans, including training materials, support guides, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Ensure smooth handover of completed solutions to the BAU team for ongoing maintenance and support.
• Serve as a point of contact during the initial support phase to resolve any issues.

Regulatory Awareness & Compliance

• Stay informed on AI regulatory frameworks such as the EU AI Act, GDPR, U.S. AI-related regulations, and similar frameworks in other regions.
• Assess how these regulations impact the design, deployment, and maintenance of AI solutions within the HR domain.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk management teams to integrate regulatory requirements into technical workflows.

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE

• Experience Level: 6-8 years of experience in technical roles, including at least 2-3 years focused on RPA and AI solutions.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in configuring conversational AI tools like Moveworks, Espressive, Paradox, Humanly, Leena AI etc...
• Experience in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Advanced RPA Developer) or AI/ML-related disciplines.
• Prior experience in ensuring regulatory compliance for AI or data-driven solutions.

Technical Skills

RPA Platforms

• Hands-on experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Proficiency in designing and developing RPA workflows, including advanced scripting and automation logic.

AI and Machine Learning

• Experience in working with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Understanding of machine learning concepts (classification, regression, clustering, etc.).
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.

Programming & Scripting

• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or JavaScript.
• Strong skills in scripting for data manipulation and automation (e.g., PowerShell, VBA, or Shell scripting).

Data Analytics & Visualization

• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Excel).
• Ability to interpret data insights and translate them into actionable solutions.

System Integration & APIs

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience in integrating systems using APIs.
• Familiarity with HRIS and other HR tech platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).

• Agile methodology experience (Scrum/Kanban).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
