Transformation Data Analyst

Summary
The aim of this role is essential in memorializing and evidencing a factual audit trail of each project(s) evolution and decisions.
The Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Assistance with creating and monitoring all aspects of data analysis including the following reporting and management tools: Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare charts, graphs and tables for presentations or inclusion in reports. Update spreadsheets or databases to assist in the tracking of information and prepare regular reports.
- Support strategic and tactical change initiatives that impact the team and our operations partners.
- Provide support with ad-hoc project management, project delivery, transformation activities, change management tasks and other operational initiatives.
- Coordinate the preparation of weekly project/team meetings including scheduling, preparing agendas, collecting material, documenting results and next steps.
- Assist in the implementation of operational plans to achieve objectives, assist in the direction and drive of the Global Transformation Team.
- Initiate data and information gathering, consolidate, summarize and create presentations.
Skills Required: (Manager to add details)
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
- Preferrable to have experience within fund services or the wider financial services industry (in-house or private practice).
- Be highly motivated and a self-starter with the ability to work semi-supervised supporting a fast-paced dynamic business.
- Possess team spirit and enthusiasm with the capacity to build strong client relationships, taking the initiative to act.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, both verbal and written in English (other languages are a bonus).
