Job Responsibilities :

The Data Analyst Intern will play a pivotal role in optimizing and maintaining current data transformation code across various SWBU teams. Emphasis will be on working with SQL, Redshift, dbt, and Apache Superset to ensure efficient and accurate data processing and visualization. Additionally, the intern will explore methods to seamlessly integrate data from diverse sources, supporting cross-functional analytics and decision-making. Leveraging AI tools and innovative techniques will further enhance data analysis and employee productivity.

Main Tasks  & Responsibilities :

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
• Utilize AI tools to improve employee productivity and provide actionable insights.
• Enhance and maintain existing data transformation processes using SQL, Redshift, and dbt.
• Employ advanced methodologies to integrate and analyze data from multiple, disparate sources to deliver comprehensive insights.
• Utilize Apache Superset to create and maintain insightful dashboards for various business units.
• Work closely with different teams to understand their data requirements and deliver comprehensive data analyses.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data used in analysis and transformation.
• Document methodologies and results to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements :

• Ability to work independently with a problem-solving approach.
• Strong skills in using SQL, Redshift, and dbt for data transformation.
• Proficiency in using Apache Superset.
• Familiarity with AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
