Data & Analytics Specialist

Job Summary:

The Data Analytics Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and transforming data into valuable information to support strategic decision-making in the Service Center. This role involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large volumes of data from various sources, as well as developing and maintaining dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights. Additionally, the analyst will identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in the Service Center's processes, using data visualization tools to effectively communicate findings.

As part of the Digital Transformation team, the Data Analytics Specialist will collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical solutions. They will also support the implementation of digital transformation projects through data analysis, staying updated with best practices and trends in data analytics and digital transformation. This position requires advanced analytical skills, the ability to solve complex problems, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of data from various sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in the Service Center's processes.
• Use data visualization tools to effectively communicate findings.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical solutions.
• Support the implementation of digital transformation projects through data analysis.
• Stay updated with best practices and trends in data analytics and digital transformation.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses and reports.
• Provide training and support to team members on data analytics tools and methodologies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data analytics capabilities.

Job Knowledge and Skills:

• Language: Advanced English

• Technical Skills: Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL

• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office
• Articulate and persuasive; can communicate difficult and complex matters in a straightforward, transparent, and understandable manner, whether written or oral.
• Ability to define and draft solution requirements documents.
• Continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Experience working within an international organization, including multi-country or global implementation experience is nice to have.
• Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management

Years of Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence roles.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the technology industry, knowledge of data and product is a plus.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining dashboards and reports.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Experience in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets from various sources.
• Previous involvement in digital transformation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex data sets.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide solutions.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Experience in training and supporting team members on data analytics tools and methodologies.

Education

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Administrative or a related field.
