About the team manager

Her almost 10 years with PwC, Daniela spent in three offices (Croatia, Canada and Czech Republic) bringing her diverse experience and views into every task and interaction. She is very passionate about new technologies and exploring how they can transform business, nurturing innovative and out of the box mindset in the team. In her free time, Daniela enjoys concerts, cooking and baking, travelling and sports (cycling and skiing). She is also a passionate fan of Croatian national sport teams.

Job description

As a key member of the Trust over AI team at PwC, based in the Czech Republic, we are seeking a Senior Associate for the role of AI Governance and Risk Consultant. This role involves working on business development and delivery of services related to AI governance, risk, compliance, and technical validation. You will be working with our largest Czech and Global clients, navigating the ever-changing landscape of AI and digital regulation.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing AI governance, risk and compliance strategies for our clients.

• Actively working on identifying new clients and opportunities and performing business development activities.

• Working with other PwC teams to respond to client’s needs in AI area.

• Preparing, planning and delivering client projects in AI governance, risk and compliance topics.

• Shaping PwC's service offerings in the field of AI governance and risk and compliance.

• Ensuring the quality of AI systems and providing training and education to clients.

• Collaborating cross-industry and cross-data on digital subjects to help clients build trusted AI systems.

• Helping clients with AI usecases discovery, prioritization, implementation and adoption.Designing operating models and processes, risk management frameworks, controls, and data management strategies.

• Working with an international team of consultants and developers on end-to-end subjects related to data and AI trust, governance, design, strategy, and development.

Requirement of the role

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum of five years of experience in data, application or governance.

• Proven experience in business development and delivery of services related to AI.

• Strong understanding of AI and digital regulation landscape.

• Experience in designing operating models, process design, risk management frameworks, and controls.

• Proficiency in data management, governance, quality, and strategy.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global clients.

• Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple priorities.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Fluency in English; fluency in spoken and written Czech is a plus.
