OTBI, BIP Data Analyst with Oracle HCM

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced OTBI, BIP Data Analyst with deep knowledge of Oracle HCM, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) to join our data analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering sophisticated reports and analytics solutions, leveraging OTBI, BIP, OAC, and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence. You will enable data-driven decision-making and improve business processes by providing insights into critical human resources data.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud, advanced reporting with OTBI and BIP, and experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence to drive enhanced reporting, integration, and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• OTBI & BIP Report Development: Develop, design, and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP), specifically focused on Oracle HCM data (e.g., talent management, payroll, performance, compensation, and workforce analytics).

• Advanced Analytics with OAC: Use Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) to create visualizations, and business intelligence dashboards that enhance data accessibility and drive insights from Oracle HCM data.

• Fusion Data Intelligence: Leverage Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) tools and capabilities to integrate and transform HCM data for reporting, business intelligence, and decision-making. Ensure smooth and accurate data flows from Oracle Fusion systems.

• Data Integration & Transformation: Work with data integration techniques using Fusion Data Intelligence to ensure efficient extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of HCM data into reporting systems.

• Data Validation & Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and dashboards. Implement validation techniques to identify and resolve data discrepancies in Oracle HCM, OAC, OTBI, BIP, and FDI.

• Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with HR, IT, and other business stakeholders to gather and document detailed reporting and data analysis requirements, ensuring that reports align with business goals and objectives.

• End-User Support & Training: Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring that they can effectively leverage OTBI, BIP, OAC, and FDI tools to meet their reporting needs. Assist users with report generation, data interpretation, and troubleshooting.

• System Maintenance & Optimization: Assist in system enhancements, updates, and ongoing optimization efforts related to Oracle HCM, OTBI, BIP, and OAC. Proactively identify areas for improvement in reporting and analytics tools.

• Security and Access Control: Implement and manage security measures for reporting tools, ensuring that sensitive data is protected and that users have appropriate access based on their roles.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud and using OTBI and BIP for reporting and analytics.

• Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) for analytics and visualizations.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) for data integration and transformation.

• Strong working knowledge of HR business processes and experience with HCM data models for creating insightful reports, dashboards, and analytics.

• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation.

• Experience with data visualization and presenting analytical insights to business users.

• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud or other Oracle Cloud services is a plus.
