About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated GTM Engineering Intern to join our team and contribute to the development and optimization of our Salesforce CRM, Analytics, and Marketing Technology stack. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for software development, data analytics, and customer experience technologies to gain hands-on experience in an enterprise GTM environment.

As an intern, you will work closely with engineers, business system analysts, and business stakeholders to enhance GTM applications, automate workflows, and analyze data to improve business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop, test, and optimize CRM platform by using configurations, integrations, and automation.

  • Work with CRM and marketing technology teams to enhance customer engagement platforms and lead management systems.

  • Assist in building data pipelines and analytics dashboards for measuring marketing and sales performance.

  • Develop and maintain APIs, microservices and integrations between GTM applications (Salesforce, Mulesoft, Snowflake and External Applications.).

  • Assist in troubleshooting and debugging GTM applications and integrations.

  • Document processes, best practices, and technical solutions.

What You'll Need:

  • Programming Experience with Python, SQL, JavaScript, or Apex (Salesforce development language).

  • Familiarity with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) or other CRM platforms.

  • Basic understanding of marketing automation tools (Marketo, Hubspot, Segment.) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and data integration techniques.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Graduating between Dec 2025 - May 2026.

Bonus Points:

  • Knowledge of CI/CD & DevOps Practices: Understanding of Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform to automate deployment and testing.

  • Hands-on Experience with Data Visualization: Experience using Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn) to create reports and dashboards.

  • Understanding of Security Best Practices: Basic knowledge of OAuth, authentication mechanisms, and data encryption in enterprise applications.
