As the Data and System Expert in Operations Development you will be responsible for supporting process improvement activities with expert knowledge in area of data and systems. The goal of your work is to understand the logic and data flows in systems used in Operations, provide data needed for process metrics, handle parametrization of systems and participate in designing improved solutions.

What You Will Do:

• Support change initiatives in Operations department by providing relevant data and analyses
• Contribute to high employee, stakeholder, and customer satisfaction by ensuring availability of management information and process data impacting whole Operations department and used by Operations and Luminor management
• Capture, transform and visualize data using tools like Power BI
• Utilize SharePoint and Power Automate platforms to manage structured information
• Acquire detailed knowledge and prepare necessary documentation about data flows and solutions implemented
• Contribute to team and company performance through effective networking and collaboration

What We Expect:

• At least 3 years of experience in the area of data
• Expertise in MS Power BI and Power Query. Knowledge of other tools could be beneficial
• Experience in utilizing SharePoint platform to manage various lists and automations with PowerAutomate
• Extensive knowledge of data structures and analytics
• Ability to interpret process related data
• Ability to be self-organized, balanced and show initiative
• Result orientation, strong problem solving and analytical skills
• High level of initiative and responsibility, driving results with energy and positive attitude
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
