Role: Senior Lead Data ScientistExperience: 8+ years.Location: Irving TX Responsibilities•                     Build and nurture integrated Agentic AI ecosystem across Telecom network products.•                     Shape and share the technical data science vision for optimal solutions.•                     Collaborate closely with business and product teams to identify impactful use cases for AI/ML applications.•                     Prototype and iterate on solutions, embracing a curious and experimental approach to problem-solving.•                     Analyze large datasets, drawing out valuable insights to improve model performance and create better customer experience.•                     Partner with ML engineers to deploy scalable AI/ML solutions that are reliable and efficient.•                     Continuously monitor and optimize models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and long-term performance.•                     Stay curious and keep learning about new AI/ML advancements, experimenting and applying them to foster innovation.•                     Be hands-on coding and demonstrate ownership and leadership, focusing on collaboration and shared success.•                     Communicate thoughtfully about challenges, risks, and opportunities, ensuring timely project completion. Qualifications•                     Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Engineering or a related field (exceptional candidates without advanced degrees will be considered).•                     10+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.•                     3+ years of experience as a technical lead, mentoring and supporting junior data scientists.•                     A proven track record of delivering high-impact AI/ML projects across organizations.•                     Mastery of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, time-series modeling, and statistical techniques.•                     Fluency in Python and SQL, with proficiency in FAST API, pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, and more.•                     Experience in LangChain, LangGraph•                     Knowledge of UNIX commands and debugging•                     Experience in feature development, including roadmap creation and experimentation.•                     Ability to translate customer needs into clear problem definitions while managing ambiguity.•                     Proficiency with big data technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Google BigQuery) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).•                     Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on collaborative solutions.•                     Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.•                     Resilience and perseverance in the face of technical challenges, with the ability to iterate through solutions to achieve success. Why should you apply for this role?As Brillio continues to gain momentum as a trusted partner for our clients in their digital transformation journey, we strive to set new benchmarks for speed and value creation.
