Data Analyst (Compliance)

What will you be doing?

• Perform detailed data analysis to identify compliance trends, risks, and opportunities
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL and Tableau to support compliance initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Risk, and Legal, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Conduct investigations and provide actionable insights to improve compliance processes
• Monitor key compliance metrics and present findings to stakeholders
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures to enhance compliance operations

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a Compliance Analyst or similar role, preferably in fintech or financial services
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data; expertise in Tableau for visualization and reporting
• Proven ability to interpret complex datasets and deliver clear, actionable insights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks in the financial sector
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field
