What are we looking for?
SentinelOne is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the Data Governance framework and all related tasks in the GTM strategy as we expand and be part of a transforming organization. This role will manage the day to day tasks and programs related to Sales Data Governance, as well as getting involved in larger sales initiatives and projects that impacts our process, systems and data as they are critical to the success of the Sales organization.
What will you do?
- Maintain the global data governance framework for Salesforce and process to ensure regional operations run smoothly through our Master Data Management Plan
- Lead effective data management and data governance practices related to Salesforce Account data and related objects
- Analyze data and leverage insights to identify problems, effectively incorporates improvements and track success
- Assist in establishing and formally document best practices and standards for the Sales Operations team
- Maintains and performs data admin actions (e.g. duplicate merging, ownership changes, record alignments & migrations, scrubbing, etc.)
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
- 2-4 years in a data analyst or sales operations role
- Experience with Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Operations, Data quality measurements and Data Stewardship, setting up and running DemandTools Scenarios
- Familiarity with Salesforce structures including Account, Lead, Contact and association/territory mod and create actionable dashboards and insights with ease, while thinking strategically about data integrity
