Supply Chain Analyst Intern

The Role: 

ElevateBio’s Strategic Sourcing & Procurement team is seeking a self-motivated and analytically driven intern with strong interpersonal skills. This role will collaborate with Sourcing, IT, and Finance to enhance efficiencies in the indirect purchase requisition process through BOT technology. Additionally, the intern will support the automation of monthly metric reporting, key vendor KPI scorecards, and the development of dashboards to improve visibility into initiative progress and outcomes. 

Here’s What You’ll Do:  

• Analyze indirect purchase requisitions to identify insights and trends that can inform AI model development. 
• Conduct AI testing and validation to assess implementation effectiveness. 
• Automate monthly metrics reporting and develop a dashboard to track key objectives. 
• Design a vendor scorecard dashboard to visualize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for driving continuous improvement and performance action plans. 
• Analyze supplier data to support cost reduction strategies, consumable standardization, and supplier consolidation.   

Requirements: 

• Rising Senior or Masters enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial intelligence, Supply chain management, Engineering, Business, or related field 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across various functions on multiple projects. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail  
• Communicative, a team player, with a resilient approach to challenges 
• Strong knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, tableau and Power BI , Snowflake a plus

• Prior Internship experience as an AI Specialist, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role in AI development. 
• Understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning algorithms and neural networks. 
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. 
• knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Peras). 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets.
