The Role:
As a Growth Analytics Manager for Sunbit's Credit Card Portfolio, you will work closely with key business stakeholders such as strategy leadership, marketing, operations, product, and R&D teams. Your role will focus on developing data-driven solutions to support business success.
You will ensure that business strategies are informed by data, conduct proactive data analysis, provide actionable insights, and monitor portfolio KPIs, among other responsibilities.
Requirements
What You'll Own:
- Drive evaluation of competing priorities across business functions and appropriately disposition solutions that are right-sized and scalable
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and hypothesis development using data
- Support business function leaders in planning, strategy development and operational management through data
- Measure and evaluate customer funnel performance and identify improvement levers
- Develop A/B test designs to implement a robust test and learn strategy
- Perform ad-hoc analysis ranging from open exploratory data analysis to specific root cause analysis
- Analyze Credit Card engagement and credit performance
- Liaison with data engineering and product to build sustainable and scalable data solutions to address business’ current and future needs
- Own and manage BI reports becoming a focal point for business’ data and analytics needs
- Be a catalyst to help the card business functions operate strategically using data
What You Bring to the Table:
- 6+ years of relevant analytical experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ year of relevant analytical experience with a Master’s degree in quantitative fields like (Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering etc.)
- Proficient in SQL and is excited about acquiring new technical skills
- Good verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledge in Sigma (or other BI platform), Python, R or SAS is a plus
- Experience in Credit Card, Loans or other financial services is a plus
- Passionate about solving real-world problems with data
- Strong growth mindset and proactive ownership of projects
