What You’ll Do

The responsibilities of an Associate Cloud Solution Engineer Apprentice are broad and the challenges are demanding. You will be expected to constantly deliver more – more innovation, more value for our customers, and more revenue. This position offers you an opportunity to work with customers across a variety of market segments and industries. In addition to understanding the key requirements of these businesses, you will deliver demonstrations to show the functional and technical capabilities of Oracle’s Cloud solutions that meet the customer’s needs. 

As an Associate Cloud Solution Engineer Apprentice, you will: • Work alongside sales representatives to support business targets by providing technical expertise for cloud and hybrid solutions 

• Be responsible for discovery calls, solution architecture designs, and delivery of solution demonstrations and high quality technical presentations to customers and prospects 
• Provide product & solution-positioning enablement sessions to sales associates 
• Design, validate and present Oracle solutions with advanced product concepts, features and benefits, future direction, and third-party complimentary products 
• Participate & present in customer workshops.

What You’ll Bring

You should be a highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products, technologies, and environments.

• Demonstrated interest and competence in a technology area; exposure to or working knowledge in any of the following areas: 
• Databases & Data Management 
• Data Science, Analytics & Business Intelligence 
• Cloud Computing – Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Native, Multi-Cloud, Hybrid-Cloud environments 
• Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Knowledge Engineering ▪ Programming languages – Java, Javascript, SQL, Python, CSS, Scala, etc
• Software Development – Agile, SCRUM, DevOps, Git/GitHub, etc 

This apprenticeship program will provide you with valuable hands-on experience, technical training, and the opportunity to work with top professionals in the industry—helping you build a strong foundation for a career in technology.

2) Eligibility Criteria

Trainees eligible for the CLT must minimally be: 

• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR).
• Able to commit to completing the full 12-month training programme.
• Able to meet the hiring requirements of the companies.
