Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and independent Data Engineer - ML Engineer to join our team. This role involves executing approved deliverables and collaborating with business users across Commercial Services to identify and create new proofs of concept (POCs) for future solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing custom machine learning models that drive innovation and strategic advantage.

Requirements

• Develop and deploy machine learning models that solve complex business problems.
• Work collaboratively with business users to understand their needs and identify opportunities for new machine learning solutions.
• Independently manage the lifecycle of machine learning projects, from data collection and model development to deployment and performance monitoring.
• Create proofs of concept to demonstrate the feasibility of new ideas and technologies.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in machine learning and artificial intelligence to continually bring innovation to our solutions.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of machine learning solutions in a commercial environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in developing and implementing machine learning models.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages used in data science.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of data manipulation and analysis techniques.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
