Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for collecting data from various sources. 
  • Setup intake process and manage it via Autosys.
  • Inspect data and work with business to interpret it. 
  • Collaborate with business to determine how best to utilize the data.
  • Derive various analytics via Alteryx to target various business needs.
  • Communicate with business to generate various analytics
  • Present the analytics via graphical tool, Tableau.
  • Document, create, and maintain Alteryx workflow
  • Oversee end to end analytic workflow solutions.
  • Will be heavy interaction with business community.
  • Will be heavy interaction with data management team and various tech teams.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
  • SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Sigma knowledge required.
  • Python programming / C# programming / UI programming
  • Analytic mindset.  Able to comprehend large amount of data and apply business rules.
  • Data mining and analytics experience preferred.
  • Data science knowledge a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and close attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and uses initiative to act on opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology
  • 3+ years’ IT experience in financial services firm and experience with Markets business.

The IT Developer III TDS provides system solutions to business problems through the design and programming of systems.

Depth & Scope:

  • Subject matter expert in several aspects of the business/ technology and consults with clients and/or project teams on design and/or development issues
  • Works on a more diverse range of tasks including research and analysis
  • Develops program specifications; adapts, integrates, codes, tests, and debugs complex programs; and is responsible for executing all aspects of the development life cycle specific to building/ integrating applications
  • Works independently as a lead developer and coaches/guides other team members within area of expertise
  • Works with technical staff, business and/or vendor to understand complex or multi-faceted problems and often leads the development of detailed/ complex and/or comprehensive solutions
  • Works independently or collaboratively with other areas/ team members to meet deliverables and ensure team members adhere to guidelines/ procedures on medium to large scale projects


Education & Experience:

  • College degree, or specialized training / equivalent work experience
  • 3+ Years of related experience
  • Advanced, broad knowledge of technical environment (software and hardware), processes, procedures, programming languages and operating systems/concepts leading to the development of detailed/ complex and/or comprehensive applications
  • Sound to advanced knowledge of the business and/or organization
