We are looking for a highly qualified AI Architecture Senior Specialist to support our AI Team in managing the entire AI architecture.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) mechanisms, and GPT models, specifically within the Azure OpenAI framework. Additionally, they should be able to work effectively in a team and develop in C# with a good knowledge of .NET.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and optimize the company's AI architecture, ensuring effective integration of AI technologies into business processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop AI solutions that meet the organization's strategic needs.
• Develop and maintain software components using C# and .NET.
• Implement and manage GPT models and RAG mechanisms within the Azure OpenAI framework to enhance the company's AI capabilities.
• Create and optimize prompts for various AI use cases.
• Monitor AI industry trends and keep knowledge up-to-date with the latest technologies and methodologies.
• Develop and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business processes.

Who you are:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing complex AI architectures.
• In-depth knowledge of GPT models, RAG mechanisms, and prompt engineering techniques, specifically within the Azure OpenAI framework.
• Advanced skills in software development with C# and .NET.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various business functions.
• Strong results orientation and ability to solve complex problems.

Preferably, you also have:

• Experience with other AI and machine learning technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud computing tools and platforms.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
