BI Analyst L2

About the job:As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be tackling complex business questions by working with cross-functional teams to find the root cause of issues, diving deep into the data to develop hypotheses, and provide data-driven decision support to improve business performance.
Responsibilities:- Partner with team members to understand business questions and identify areas for improvement- Perform analysis on large datasets to help answer complex business questions- Produce insights and conclusions from analyses and convert them into actionable initiatives- Provide recommendations backed by data to the Leadership Team- Create aesthetic and dynamic dashboards to track and monitor relevant business metrics- Support special projects and ad hoc requirements as needed
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering or similar quantitative field- Experience with product metrics is a plus.- 4+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in B2C, Telecommunications or Financial Services industries- Quick learner, passionate, curious and energetic- Strong business judgment and highly detail oriented- Ability to communicate and present complex analyses in a simple and understandable way, both oral and written- Strong knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel skills- Prior experience with Power BI, Tableau, Redash or other BI tools- 80% English language proficiency
