Property Services – We revitalise homes and communities through the regeneration of living spaces, breathing new life into neighbourhoods. From delivering large programmes of work for social housing providers, to ensuring the highest building safety standards, we provide a range of services for public sector clients.

Job Description

  • The Business Intelligence Developer plays a critical role in supporting United Living Property Services by sourcing, analysing, and presenting data insights that influence business decisions. Collaborating with stakeholders, you’ll transform data into meaningful solutions to drive efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence - all while adhering to organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Additionally, the role involves overseeing and managing a small team, fostering professional growth, and delivering excellence in performance. A core component of this role includes the design, development, and optimization of dashboards and reports using Power BI to ensure data is visualized effectively and meets stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

A degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

Demonstrated expertise in designing and building dashboards and reports in Power BI.

Proven experience in data analysis within housing, property, or a related service-driven industry.

Experience managing or supervising team members is highly desirable.
