 Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team and help source, attract, and hire top software engineering talent. You will work closely with engineering managers, understand job requirements, and use innovative sourcing strategies to find and engage skilled candidates. Experience recruiting Software Developers, Data Scientists, Product Engineers and other engineering positions is a MUST.Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and recruit top technical talent for various engineering positions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and other channels to identify top candidates.
  • Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Applicant Tracking: Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure proper documentation of recruitment activities.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company's culture and values to attract top talent.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years in technical recruitment across various engineering roles and levels
  • Education: Any Bachelor's degree or a related field (preferred).
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of programming languages, cloud computing, databases, and IT infrastructure.
  • Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage and influence candidates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
