Generative AI (GenAI) Developer (Remote)

We are seeking a skilled and innovative GenAI Developer with strong experience in the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing and implementing solutions utilizing Microsoft CoPilot, Copilot Studio, Power Apps and Power Automate to meet business needs and drive digital transformation.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end and emerging solutions to drive customer satisfaction, increase profitability, and growth. Our goal is to bring together business acumen with full-stack technical know-how to develop innovative solutions for our business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement GenAI-driven solutions using CoPilot and Copilot Studio.
• Develop and maintain Copilot agents to support GenAI use cases.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and third-party applications, services, and APIs.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI and the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and demos to showcase solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions.
• Utilize insights from our business partners, external market analysis, and your own experience to define, develop, and enhance new and existing solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and team members.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in developing technology solutions is required.
• At least 5 years of software application development experience is required
• Strong experience in developing GenAI solutions using Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and transformer-based models.
• Experience with data integration using APIs and knowledge of custom connectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to document workflows, processes, and code for future reference.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP) concepts.
• Experience with Azure Services such as Azure OpenAI, CosmosDB, Azure Search, Azure Functions, Key Vault, and Azure Storage.
• Experience with SharePoint and SharePoint administration tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, Python, or AI-specific languages.
• Relevant certifications in AI, Power Platform, or related technologies are a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exposure to the AEC industry (Architecture, Engineering, Construction)
• US Citizenship Required

COMPENSATION

The approximate compensation range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000.  This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.  Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
