Your Impact:
We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our product innovation teams (Moonshots), focusing on developing AI-powered solutions for automated menu and pricing optimisation. This role combines data science expertise with practical restaurant industry knowledge to create rapid proof-of-concepts that deliver immediate value to our customers.

A Typical Day:

• The successful candidate will drive the development of self-learning AI agents that can independently optimise restaurant operations.  
• Developing and validating an automated menu suggestion systems using advanced AI 
• techniques 
• Creating pricing and menu models that adapt to market conditions, restaurant 
• performance or customer profiles. 
• Designing and executing A/B tests to validate solution effectiveness 
• Analysing large-scale restaurant operational data to identify optimisation opportunities 
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions  
• Building rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts for quick market testing  
• Translating complex data insights into automated actions for our restaurant agents 

Your Expertise:

• Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field  
• Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models  
• Strong programming skills and experience with data analysis tools 
• Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets  
• Experience in A/B testing and statistical analysis  
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement  
• Quick learning ability and adaptability to new challenges 

Nice to Have
• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry  
• Knowledge of menu engineering and pricing strategies
