Seeking a Director - Data Analytics under the Global Data Insights & Analytics (GDIA) organization's Strategy & Enterprise Analytics (SEA) team. This team develops innovative, cloud-native data, AI and analytics solutions for Ford. We provide data, AI/ML, and advanced analytics solutions to internal partners and co-develop external applications. As a Director - Data Analytics, you'll be a key player in driving this success.

What you'll do...
• Partner with business teams to define objectives, KPIs, and identify opportunities for data-driven solutions.
• Prioritize initiatives, optimize resource allocation, and communicate roadmaps to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure alignment across products and meet objectives.
• Establish and maintain demand management processes and integration with other GDIA teams.
• Measure product/feature relevance and drive consistency of best practices.
• Mentor and coach Product Owners and team members.
• Support prioritization of advanced analytics research.
• Leverage expertise to ensure timely value delivery from product teams.
• Promote learning and development, both technical and leadership skills.
• Champion talent acquisition, engagement, and retention, fostering a diverse and inclusive team.
You'll have...
- Master's degree in Data Science, AI, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in analytics domain with 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- Proven experience with Agile & Product Driven Operating Models.
- Software delivery experience.
- Proven experience developing data, AI, and analytics products for analytic applications.
- Proven experience implementing and maintaining cross-functional demand and integration management.
- Proficiency in developing and deploying analytic models, teamwork, and supporting end-users.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
- Ability to motivate teams, instill urgency, and ensure attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration skills and problem-solving abilities.
- 5+ years of domain experience in delivering analytics solutions in any of these areas (Sustainability / Regulatory, Electrification, Legal, Cycle Planning)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with global resources under short response times and changing business needs

- PhD in Data Science, AI, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Experience deploying models in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Ability to analyze complex processes and identify interconnections.
- Comfortable with ambiguity; inquisitive, proactive, and eager to learn.
