Property Data Analyst

Key responsibilities:

• Creating rents budget based on lease contract data
• Analysing rental costs vs budget
• Monitoring the correctness of data entered into the company's  systems
• Collaborating with audit companies to resolve all property rents related issues
• Managing lease portfolio, including tracking lease terms, conditions, and expiration dates
• Collaborating with expansion, legal and finance teams to resolve lease-related issues and disputes
• Creating reports and analyses about current rental conditions and providing directions for the future

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field;
• 1 year experience in the Expansion or Property Department;
• Advanced knowledge of laws and regulations related to lease agreements;
• Experience in reading and interpreting lease agreements.
• Strong knowledge of real estate management, administration, and project management;
• Basic understanding of accounting principles;

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Advanced English is a must.
