Cartes de crédit, prêts, hypothèque, assurances, épargne et placements.We’re hiring for our Data Quality and Governance Solutions team, which designs and delivers master and reference data management (MDM / RDM) solutions for Desjardins Group’s business sectors. As part of this dynamic team, you serve as a Programmer Analyst, Data Management, mainly with the EBX platform and Java tools. You help carry out strategic initiatives for Desjardins Group and its members, including the digital transformation, by implementing data management solutions that are key to Desjardins’s mission. You demonstrate how your ideas could be beneficial to the various areas of expertise within a cooperative financial group. You’ll work with diverse business and IT teams. You’ll propose and defend innovative, modern solutions to help Desjardins speed up the digitalization of its business operations. You use an agile-at-scale approach and adhere to SAFe methodology. More specifically, you will be required to:
Actively help develop execution strategies and analyze and develop software products (design, code, automate and run tests), while applying development, data and security best practices.
Document technical solutions and practices to ensure product sustainability. Develop documentation and prepare and deliver training for peers and consumers.
Provide technical support for IT operations. Analyze, diagnose, follow up on and resolve critical and complex system issues.
Cocreate with business partners and architects to get a complete understanding of business intentions and objectives and standardize solutions accordingly.
Lead software package installations and testing as well as in-house application deployment.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience in designing and developing IT systems
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Experience with master and reference data management solutions
Knowledge of French is required
Knowledge of Java programming
Knowledge of databases (Oracle, DB2) and SQL
Knowledge of REST service concepts
Experience working in agile
Knowledge of various development frameworks (such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security)
Knowledge of development support tools (such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, Jira)
