What you’ll do:

 

Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Global Value Advisory, Project & Content Management

Location: Boulder, CO / Hybrid / East Coast preferred

Expected start date: April 2025 (12 month contract, 20-40 hours a week)

 

The Global Value Advisory team at SAP leverages technology to build tools that show customers how to improve and drive valuable outcomes for their business. A significant self-serve tool, the FLASH Maturity Assessment, benchmarks companies’ business capabilities against industry and line-of-business best practices. This role will assist in developing, deploying and enabling FLASH assessments for employees, partners. and customers to drive new business and retain existing SAP customers.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Work with industry and line-of-business leads to review assessment models, scoring, reporting and best practice content to prepare for production 

  • Maintain FLASH Playbook, Standards, and Guidelines by updating materials with new information when relevant and creating new versions when needed 

  • Maintain FLASH documentation and access, ensuring efficient folder organization and hierarchy, optimizing document storage, and managing permissions 

  • Collaborate with FLASH development intern and model owners to track and make updates to models’ Best Practice content on a regular basis. Includes font changes and developing a process for language translations 

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Value Center Content, including writing and updating FLASH go-to-market materials, one-sheets, use cases, videos, and testimonials 

  • Support the adoption of industry, line-of-business, and partner use by working with regional leads to develop enablement and marketing materials 

  • Support Project lead in developing monthly recap presentations and executive briefing materials for key audiences 

  • Assist Insights Management by supporting manager in collection, analysis and presentation of user feedback 

 

What you bring:

 

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

 

  • Education: Bachelors or Masters in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field

  • Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program 

  • Excellent research, writing, presentation (written and oral) and verbal communication skills 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

  • Fluid in English language, with strong Spanish and German language proficiency plus 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker 

  • Experience in using AI agents and prompts for research and writing (e.g., chatGPT, CoPilot, Claude, Perplexity) 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment 

  • Skills in graphic design and video creation a plus 

  • Experience with project management processes and tools is a plus 

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks 

  • Curiosity in learning about and becoming familiar with new industries, lines of business and technologies 

  • Passion for innovating to improve processes and create efficiencies

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15 - 62 an hour USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
