About this role:

The Conduct Analytics and Reporting (CAR) team, aligned with the Chief Operating Office (COO), is seeking an experienced AI/ML Strategy and Product Lead to join its leadership team.  This role will report into the Head of CAR, working closely with enterprise AI/ML Product Teams, Technology and Sales Practices and Conduct Management (SPCM) leadership.

This role will be responsible for identifying, developing, implementing, and executing business strategy and initiatives leveraging generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) and machine learning (ML) innovations and capabilities to solve business challenges and drive operational transformation.


In this role, you will:

  • Identify, implement, and execute CAR’s GenAI/ML strategy.

  • Cultivate relationships with key partners to identify opportunities to leverage GenAI/ML innovations and capabilities to transform operational processes.

  • Collaborate with internal and external tech partners to identify opportunities and remove obstacles to implementing GenAI/ML solutions.

  • Act as a key advisor to ensure a broad understanding of the GenAI/ML environment and latest innovations

  • Understand and champion CAR’s GenAI/ML capabilities and use cases being deployed across SPCM.

  • Provide thought leadership and updates to senior stakeholders on GenAI/ML opportunities.

  • Leverage GenAI/ML expertise to evaluate technological readiness, data availability, and resources required to deliver proposed solutions in a timely manner.

  • Partner with CAR’s Head of Analytic Solutions and Head of Reporting to develop and deliver solutions the solve complex business problems.


Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 4+ years of demonstrated expertise with GenAI/ML and NLP modeling frameworks and techniques.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong focus on model safety and accuracy, with awareness of ethical and risk considerations.

  • Facilitation and collaboration skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (including advance PowerPoint/Excel Skills) --- with proven ability to effectively communicate with both senior leaders and technical experts.

  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager (TPM) in AI/ML, with a strong focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLM).

  • Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, economics, or computer science.


Job Expectations:

  • Able to travel as needed.

  • Hybrid schedule --- 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
