About the Role

As a Product Analyst at Yodeck, you’ll be at the heart of our Product Growth strategy, turning data into actionable insights that enhance our product and user experience. You'll design experiments, analyze user behavior, and collaborate closely with product teams to drive engagement and retention. You will work closely with the Growth Product Manager to create experiment hypotheses and be responsible for performing the pre and post-experiment analysis. You will also collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data quality and integrity, enabling reliable analytics and insights.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

• Analyze user behavior, product usage, and financial metrics to uncover growth opportunities.
• Define and evaluate A/B tests, cohort analyses, and segmentation studies to enhance product performance.
• Develop data-driven hypotheses and collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to execute growth experiments.
• Build dashboards and reports to track key product KPIs, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in collaboration with Data Engineering.
• Act as a central insights resource, sharing findings across teams to drive a deeper understanding of our users.

Requirements

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have a background in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Bring 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis. Experience in a SaaS environment will be considered a significant plus.
• Are highly proficient in SQL and comfortable working with Python for data manipulation.
• Have a strong analytical mindset with expertise in statistics, data modeling, and experimentation.
• Can communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable way.
• Are detail-oriented and committed to data accuracy.

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience with product analytics tools like Heap, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Are familiar with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Streamlit.
• Have worked with Snowflake or similar data warehouses.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and enjoy taking ownership of projects.
