This is an RPA, AI & Analytics Implementation Analyst role in Treasury Solutions, RPA & Analytics team. Treasury department sits in the sole core of corporate finance function and participates in all major financial operations performed by the company. That includes global management of company’s cash, global Foreign Exchange, Mergers and Acquisitions, global investments and so on. This paints a full picture of company’s financial position and strategy for all Treasury members. Treasury Solutions, RPA & Analytics function allows for effective execution of those operations by providing tools and maintaining processes without which Treasury department would not be successful.

This position will report directly to the HP Inc Treasury Solutions, RPA & Analytics Manager. This individual will be responsible for implementation of automation (Treasury Management Automation tool) and analytics tools and applications within Treasury space allowing for process enhancements and time savings. Limited participation in S4 HANA technical/break-fix support and project implementation might also be required.

The role incorporates following:

• Driving and supporting Automation & Process Enhancement in Treasury
• Driving and supporting Analytics/Data Science initiatives in Treasury
• Driving and supporting AI implementation for Automation/Analytics in Treasury

Additionally:

• Administration, access management and maintenance of systems used by Treasury department
• Master Data maintenance for SAP S4 HANA (Treasury) environment
• First point of contact for external Treasury service providers
• Partnering with IT in Treasury Management System configuration and maintenance
• Providing technical support and expertise to local Treasury teams

Education and experience

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma, preferably with a business, economics, or scientific/IT major.
• Treasury and IT project management experience would be an asset
• Previous experience in Finance/Treasury/IT function
• Previous banking/corporate experience would be an asset

Desirable characteristics

• Understanding of C#/.NET
• Understanding of Python

• Previous experience with SAP ECC6 and/or S4 HANA
• Strong interest in robotic process automation, analytics and technology in finance
• Previous experience in configuration and/or master data maintenance on S4 HANA would be an asset
• Willingness to solve complex issues through automation and coding.
• Experience with online banking platforms
• International and multi-cultural mindset
• Strong understanding of risk management techniques and strategies
